Our enhanced Fleet on Sunrise platform is all about saving you time, clearing your desk faster, and giving you more access and control to service your clients.  The diagram below shows just how easy it is to close or edit a policy.

 

Absolutely not!

Our enhanced Fleet on Sunrise platform is all about saving you time, clearing your desk faster, and giving you more access and control to service your clients.  Once a Fleet policy is on Sunrise, you can action endorsements, download Certificates of Currency, and make policy some changes, whenever it suits you.  There’s no need to send emails, or wait for NTI team members to get back to you.

This self-service will help reduce your costs by minimising the time you spend following up and on administration tasks, giving you more time to spend on high value tasks for your clients and business.

The exciting features of our upgraded Fleet on Sunrise system will be available for policies as they come up for Renewal, or for New Business as it is underwritten.  This will allow a simple transition for you, and allow our team to provide support and training along the way.

The Sunrise enhancements provide you with another channel for managing your clients’ policies.  Using Sunrise for Fleets gives you more control, and also give you more options when you are under time pressures or need to help your clients outside of business hours.

 

If it’s not for you, you can certainly continue with the same processes you use now.  Our local teams across the country will continue to maintain their exceptional service levels. 

Maintaining your NTI Fleet policies on Sunrise does not mean you cannot access to DS or SDS when you need them!
